Faduma is a feminist legal professional with extensive experience in gender equality, human rights, and humanitarian programming, including leadership roles with UNFPA and the Galmudug Ministry of Women and Human Rights Development.

Faduma Salado Gedow is a feminist and legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from SIMAD Universityand a Master of Arts in Gender and Development Studies from Kenyatta University.
She brings extensive experience in gender equality, human rights, and humanitarian programming, having worked with various national and international organizations. She previously served as a Gender and Youth Advisor with UNFPA, where she contributed to advancing youth empowerment and gender-responsive programming. She also worked with the Ministry of Women and Human Rights Development in Galmudug, where she served as Deputy Director of the Gender Department, supporting policy implementation and institutional strengthening for gender equality.
Faduma has dedicated her career to advancing women’s rights, strengthening feminist leadership, and promoting inclusive participation of women in decision-making processes across community and institutional levels.

Yasmin is a project management professional with experience in community engagement, protection programming, and humanitarian project coordination,

Yasmin Dini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from salaam university She has experience in community work, protection programming, and coordinating humanitarian projects.
She previously worked with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), where she supported protection activities and community-based programming. Her role involved working closely with communities, helping with field coordination, and supporting day-to-day project activities.
She now leads project planning and implementation, making sure activities are well organized, practical, and responsive to community needs.

Mohamed is a community engagement and outreach professional with experience in community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and field coordination, supporting civil society and community-based initiatives.

Mohamed Abdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in faculty of humanities from Mogadishu University. He works in community outreach, engagement, and field coordination.
He has been involved with community-based and civil society initiatives, where he supported awareness activities, mobilization work, and engagement with local communities. He is responsible for outreach work, building relationships with communities, and making sure people are informed and involved in programs.

Esther is an international relations professional with experience in advocacy, partnerships, and resource mobilization, supporting donor engagement, strategic partnerships, and social development initiatives.

Esther Nyoka holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Nairobi. She works in advocacy, partnerships, and resource mobilization. She has worked with development organizations and regional partners, where she supported donor relations, partnership building, and advocacy activities focused on social development and gender equality.

She leads work around partnerships and donor engagement, helping build relationships that support the organization’s work and growth.

Faize leads the admin and finance section, including budgeting and grants, and brings hands-on experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and administration across NGO and community organizations.

Faiza Abdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from city University. She has experience in finance, budgeting, and administration.

She has worked with non-governmental asnd community organizations, where she handled budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

She manages finance and admin tasks, making sure everything is organized, transparent, and properly documented.

He has experience working with media and development communication teams, where he supported writing, documentation, and sharing program stories in simple and clear ways.

He manages communication work, including content creation and visibility, to make sure the organization’s work is well shared and understood.
